I have always loved and collected the fabrics, carpets and tapestries. I have always been interested in the pleasant energy that they transmit, the symbolism of the images that make you fly between philosophy, prayer and science.
In these works, woven with the low-warp technique from the Penne’s Tapestry, I tried to combine the set of mathematical and spiritual scientific disciplines, linking them to the world of textile craftsmanship. Embroidery like life, the beauty of colors and fibers, are inspired by the viewer, extrasensory visions aimed at supporting a dreamlike journey until reaching a spiritual elevation.

Ho sempre amato e collezionato stoffe, tappeti e soprattutto arazzi. Mi è sempre interessata la piacevole energia che trasmettono e la simbologia delle immagini che ti fa volare tra filosofia, preghiera e scienza.
In questi lavori, tessuti con la tecnica del basso liccio dall’Arazzeria Pennese, ho cercato di unire l’insieme di tecniche scientifiche matematiche, spirituali collegandole al mondo dell’artigianato tessile. Il ricamo come preghiera, la meditazione, la bellezza dei colori e delle fibre tessili, hanno creato delle opere come sogni, che rappresentano dei paesaggi della mente evocando nello spettatore visioni extrasensoriali volte ad assecondare un viaggio onirico fino a raggiungere un’elevazione spirituale.
